The news comes as the London-based business, which employed 18 members of staff, ceased trading on Friday 10 May.
Shaz Smilansky, former Blazinstar creative director and co-founder, has launched agency Electrify, which will provide strategic, integrated marketing and brand experience services.
The company will be taking over existing client and employee contracts, and 15 Blazinstar employees have joined Electrify as part of the restructure.
Electrify will be moving into new offices in Shoreditch on 1 June.
Smilansky told Event: "At Electrify we have a fantastic and experienced team, who are all truly passionate about what they do. They have an enviable track record in working with some of the world's leading brands on creative, impactful marketing that gets results.
"As we enter a new stage in our development, I look forward to working with the team as we take the business forward."
Marvin Foster, former co-founder and managing director of Blazinstar, has set up Events Staffing, a promotion and events agency, which will also take over relevant client and employee contracts to help develop its client base. The company will remain in Blazinstar's premises in east London.
Three former Blazinstar members of staff will join Foster’s new company as part of the move.
Foster said: "Events Staffing is focused on delivering promotional marketing campaigns that exceed our client’s expectations. Our team is very creative, results driven and passionate about making an impact and we’re experienced in running promotional roadshow campaigns that are highly effective and run smoothly."
