According to a report in The Sun, the event will take place on August 4 and will whittle the five remaining housemates down to four for the final on Friday August 6.
Either Dan, Jason, Nadia or Victor will go tomorrow with one more contestant leaving on July 30.
The clearest indication that the quiz is going ahead is that there will be five contestants left in the house at a time when there is usually only four in the final week.
A show insider told The Sun: "We always knew we would have to get someone out before the final. With the 'Big Brother' getting evil theme, we will make it completely unfair."
Channel 4 has apparently confirmed to The Sun that an extra hour will be added to the August 4 show. 'Big Brother' or Channel 4 were not available for comment at the time of publication.
Meanwhile, Ladbrokes has reported that Jason is an even hotter favourite to be given the boot tomorrow night, with his odds slashed from 1/10 to 1/25.
Warren Lush, spokesman for Ladbrokes, said: "Jason makes Ahmed look popular. His eviction is a formality, you can't really call it a contest."
Victor, Nadia and Dan's odds to leave this week remain the same on 8/1, 33/1 and 40/1 respectively.
Victor has shot up in the public's expectations as his odds to win the show have soared from 10/1 to 4/1, putting him as joint second with Dan.
Lush added: "If he [Victor] were to win, bookmakers would be staring down the barrel of a huge payout."
Transsexual Nadia is still favourite win with odds of 1/1. However, punters backing Nadia or Michelle might not like their chances during the quiz night because both girls' general knowledge leaves a lot to be desired.
