Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "The favourite to win changes by the hour, it is going to be the closest 'Big Brother' final in the history of the series."
Makosi and Kinga are rank outsiders to win, both on odds of 33/1, according to the bookmaker.
"It is a two-horse race -- Makosi and Kinga are not in the running," Lush added.
Meanwhile back in the house, Anthony was not doing himself any favours in last night's penultimate episode. Viewers watched the 70s dancer berate Eugene for taking half the £100,000 prize money instead of boosting it to £200,000.
Makosi twice explained to Anthony, whom many in the house have described as "thick", that Eugene was unaware the money would be doubled if he chose to turn it down. But Anthony stared blankly at the cardiac nurse as the news obviously failed to sink in.
"Would I have taken it? No way. He who dares wins. I would've blasted it up to £200,000," he replied.
After two-and-a-half-hours of stomping round the house, Anthony went to the diary room to talk to 'Big Brother' about the incident. When the penny finally dropped that Eugene had no idea that the fund would double, a stunned Anthony admitted he would have taken the money.
Meanwhile, Eugene did not handle taking the money lightly. Afterwards, the ham radio fan disappeared to the bedroom in floods of tears.
"I wanted to come in here just to be liked and for people to think Eugene is a nice person and really genuine," he sobbed to Kinga. He later worried that newspapers would be calling him "Nasty Eugene" for his decision to take the money.
The live final kicks off on Channel 4 from 8.30pm tonight.
