
The agreement, negotiated by Essentially Group, will allow Betfair to use the ECB logo on collateral, as well as replay screen advertising and promotional activity at the eight Test Match grounds across English cricket.
Betfair are also to use the ‘Betfair Blimp' to provide Sky Sports with aerial footage during the npower 2009 Ashes Series with Australia.
Nick Moore, ECB head of sales, said: ‘We believe the exciting range of assets it [Betfair] will receive in becoming an official partner of the ECB will provide a platform to enable it to further development and presence within cricket'.
