The deal will mean will be responsible for the overall management of the Hot Men section of the site.
Following the New Woman deal, My Single Friend, which was launched in October 2005 and is co-owned by Sarah Beeny and her friend Amanda Christie, is now discussing mutually beneficial relationships with a number of high-profile businesses.
The site currently has more than 25,000 members, with couples emailing daily and the first wedding looming in June.
Amanda Christie, managing director of My Single Friend, said: "Sarah and I are delighted that New Woman and My Single Friend are delivering the Hot Men product together.
"We will be responsible for the overall management of the Hot Men microsite and one thing's for sure, with the amount of hot men we have on the site, content shouldn't be a problem."
Emap's New Women magazine sells 231,066 and is one of the top-selling women's magazine's in the market, although its ABC sales figure was down 14.6% for the six months to July to December 2005.
