BBC uses quirky idioms to promote new Japan season

LONDON - Red Bee Media has produced a series of idents to support BBC Four's Japanese season, each featuring a different Japanese saying.

To highlight a series of programmes dedicated to discovering the hidden soul of Japan, each ident features a different quirky Japanese phrase, such as "laughing knees", which describes the wobbly feeling you get in your knees when you run up lots of stairs, and "barcode bald"; the Japanese expression for a comb-over.
