She will report to Helen Kellie, head of marketing, communications and audiences at BBC Vision, and is responsible for leading the marketing and pictures team in BBC Two and contemporary factual.
Nuttal will head up all marketing campaigns for BBC Two and the BBC's contemporary factual programmes.
She is currently the marketing manager for Channel 4 entertainment and E4 and has been responsible for delivering much of the channel's highest profile campaigns, including the launches of E4 and More4 and the marketing for Channel 4's 'Big Brother'.
More recently Nuttall has led the cross-platform promotional campaign for E4 drama 'Skins'.
Prior to Channel 4, Lindsay worked at Granada Sky Broadcasting and prior to that she began her career in the marketing department of Rank Hovis MacDougall, the FMCG food conglomerate.
