Senior will head advertising and solutions across FHM, Zoo, Empire, Q, Mojo, Kerrang! and Homme Plus.
She joined Bauer (then Emap) five years ago and has worked in sales on women’s titles Yours, Top Sante and the Parenting portfolio. Prior to Emap, she worked in sales and marketing for Sarah Lee, Smith & Nephew and Coty.
Senior will report to acting head of magazines sales Richard Hayes, who said: "This is a critical and strategic role across a number of influential brands within the Bauer Media portfolio, but Fiona’s experience and delivery of our key drivers of creativity, sales excellence and customer focus, made her the outstanding choice."
Hayes has taken over as acting head of magazines sales as Abby Carvosso is on maternity leave.
Senior's appointment follows the recent expansion of following a review.
