
Nick Jenkins has been promoted to the new role of head of creative solutions, reporting to , head of magazine sales, who led the review.
Jenkins, who was previously associate media director across men's lifestyle brands including Zoo and FHM, will be responsible for driving solutions for clients across Bauer Media's men's, women's and entertainment brands.
He will work with the existing creative solutions teams and the magazine, digital and brand solutions sales teams to deliver cross-media campaigns.
A further three additional roles have also been created as a result of the review. A recruitment process is underway for a creative solutions manager on More!, a creative solutions manager on FHM, and an additional art director to work across the magazine advertising portfolio.

Bauer said that a successor to Jenkins as associate media director across Bauer Media's men's lifestyle brands will be announced in due course.
