Aviva said its current sponsorship activity was developed to meet specific objectives in certain markets, and Fast Track has been drafted in to provide a strategic review of the role sponsorship plays for the company globally, as it aims to create further opportunities.
The company currently sponsors Aviva Ballkids at The Australian Open, badminton's Aviva Singapore Open, the Aviva CofCo China Masters, and title sponsorship of solo yachtswoman Dee Caffari's 2008-2009 Vendee Globe Aviva Ocean Racing campaign.
Fast Track will be developing a framework to evaluate Aviva's future sponsorship potential across its key territories called Forward Thinking.
