Brown moves over from his current position in New York of chief strategy officer at Avenue A/Razorfish, to which he was appointed a little over a year ago.

Brown will oversee acquisitions and continued development of pan-regional services as part of the growth strategy of Avenue A/Razorfish in Europe, where the agency operates under the names Duke, Neue Digitale and Avenue A/Razorfish.
The appointment follows a number of wins in Europe including Audi, BNP Paribas, Levi's Europe, McDonald's, Nintendo of Europe and O2.

Brown will work with Neil Miller, co-managing director of Avenue A/Razorfish in London, and Andreas Gahlert, co-managing director of Neue Digitale.

Brown has held a number of roles within Avenue A/Razorfish, including president of the West region, where he was responsible for leading operations in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Brown started his career in 1990 with Leo Burnett Toronto where he created the award-winning Leo Burnett Interactive Group, now known as Arc.
