National Paralympic Day features a flagship event at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 30 August. Avantgarde Sport has been tasked with bringing the experience to life outside of London.
Stuart Bradbury, managing director of Avantgarde London, told Event: "We are delighted to have been appointed by the British Paralympic Association to activate National Paralympic Day in Birmingham and Liverpool enabling more people outside of London to join in and celebrate the extraordinary achievements of the Paralympics GB athletes."
Jane Jones, director of marketing and communications at the British Paralympic Association, added: "We were delighted with the response to our brief from Avantgarde. They demonstrated an insightful understanding of what makes a Paralympic athlete unique and managed to bring that to life in a way that will engage the British public in our celebration."
