August.One's remit will span corporate, public sector, business-to-business and consumer communications. It will also be responsible for developing the Dell brand among corporate customers.
August.One director Sarah Howe, who led the pitch, said, "[Dell] is at a critical point in its development, where the challenge is a combination of brand building and segmented customer engagement."
