The one-off nine-page section, which marks the paper's first collaboration with Aston Martin, will launch on Wednesday (8 December).
The section will feature an interview with Aston Martin’s director of design Marek Reichman, as well as a feature on the ‘Top Five Drives’ and a review of a one-off Aston Martin model.
While Aston Martin will be the headline sponsor, the section will also include advertising from clothing brand Hackett and luxury clock and watch-maker Jaeger-LeCoultre.
City AM has attempted to broaden its readership base by launching brand extensions, such as the Power Hundred, which tables the 100 most powerful people in the City.
City AM currently distributes about 100,000 copies a day in and around Greater London.
In October this year, the title had swung into profit for the first time since its launch in 2005, recording a £423,000 pre-tax profit in the first six months of 2010.
