The three-metre high booth has been constructed from more than 1,500 metal rings. Once inside guests can experience the special effects in the booth, such as a jet of malt-infused condensation, and 100 ping-pong balls launched into the air around them, mirroring the bubbles found in beer.
Consumers will be able to enjoy the booth on Tuesday 19 July at the Cabot Place in the Canary Wharf Shopping Centre. It will appear alongside a pop-up Boisdale bar offering an Asahi lunchtime meal deal in Boisdale’s Canary Wharf restaurant.
On Saturday 23 July, the Feng Sushi restaurant, Borough Market, will feature the booth along with a takeaway and a range of promotions.
While on Saturday 3 September the booth will welcome festival-goers at the entrance to the Urban Food Fest in Shoreditch.
Asahi UK brand manager Samantha Catford said: "We’re excited to see how consumers react to our fun Slow-mo booth, which is perfect for capturing summer time hi-jinks and sharing with friends on social media."
