She replaces Elliot Parkus, who was poached by artificial-intelligence media agency Blackwood Seven in April.
As managing director, she will be responsible for managing the UK team, with a focus on client leadership, new-business growth and talent management.
Reporting to Havas Media UK & International chief executive Matt Adams, Treliving will oversee teams working across all of the media shop’s clients, which include Domino’s, Emirates, Westfield and Royal Mail.
At MediaCom, where she had worked for nine years, Treliving worked across brands including Sky, British Gas, Tesco and Mars. She had been a managing partner since 2012 after worked as digital director for four years. Head of digital was added to her remit in 2015 after also working as joint MD of MediaCom iLab for a year.
