The businesses will offer seats and screens primarily for events "where a large screen and audience seating are needed in unusual environments and tight timescales".
"There are so many occasions when events need screen and seats for their audience in an environment which isn’t designed for events," said Arena Group sales director David Withey.
"360’s mobile LEDs mean that demountable seating and screen can be constructed in much quicker timescales and in much more challenging spaces."
