Emily Liddington joins as the first group account director at the agency. She moves from Exposure where she worked for four years on above the line, experiential and social media based campaigns.

Liddington will be responsible for driving a large account base and team, which includes Converse, Honda and E4.

Lucy Montgomery has joined as an account director, after three years at independent agency Why Not! where she led Malaysian government initiative Malaysia Kitchen.

Montgomery joins Amplify to lead the Wagamama account, and will also be working on large-scale events.

Lastly, Tanya Saunders has been hired as a senior account manager. She arrives from integrated digital agency VML London, where she led customer relationship management (CRM) for Xbox. Saunders will be in charge of CRM across the agency’s digital accounts.

Jonathan Emmins, founder and creative director at Amplify, said: "As an agency we remain firmly committed to being best, not biggest, with the quality of client work remaining our top priority. Every addition to the Amplify family is carefully considered, and we were blown away by the breadth of experience and the quality of work Emily, Lucy and Tanya have demonstrated."
