
Jamie Cairns will take on the role of executive chef and Emma Moore that of client relationship manager. Ampersand said the hires will give the business a new structure as it continues its expansion.
Akande has previously worked for a number of caterers, including Create where she was bespoke operations team manager. Cairns joins from private aviation specialist Alison Price on Air, where he was also executive chef, while Moore was previously business development manager at ETC Venues.
