
St Luke’s currently handles Signet’s creative account, but the group has been in touch with agencies ahead of a pitch and is understood to be planning a boost to its advertising spend.
St Luke’s has been the incumbent on the business since 2005 and has created TV spots for both the H Samuel and Ernest Jones brands.
The most recent campaign by St Luke’s for H Samuel first aired three years ago. Called "find the sparkle", it showed a master craftsman searching his workshop for the perfect sparkle to put in each of the retailer’s diamonds.
Signet awarded its media planning and buying account to OMD UK last year and Lida handles the company’s direct marketing business.
Signet operates 540 stores under the H Samuel, Ernest Jones and Leslie Davis brands, including 14 in the Republic of Ireland and three in the Channel Islands.
