The review is understood to be a result of Miriam Jordan Keane's departure from the agency. She left in May to fill the newly created role of chief brand officer at the slimming brand Weight Watchers.
Jordan Keane had formed close links with the Ocean Spray business during her three-year spell at the now defunct Bates UK.
She renewed her association with Ocean Spray when Publicis beat Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners and St Luke's to the account in November last year.
The Ocean Spray account was put into Public Focus, a newly formed health and fashion specialist, which was headed by Jordan Keane. Since her departure, the division is in the process of being wound down.
Grant Duncan, the Publicis chief executive, said: "Ocean Spray came in with Miriam and its relationship was primarily with her. That arrangement is now over."
