The ceremony recognises achievements by organisers, venues, suppliers and contractors throughout the exhibition industry.
New categories for the awards include UK Venue of the Year, International Venue of the Year and Best Hotel in Support of the event industry.
"I'm really excited that the AEO Excellence Awards are being held at Wembley in a World Cup year. It's a stunning venue and home of countless victories, providing a fabulous theme for our Excellence Awards," said AEO CEO Austen Hawkins.
AEO chairman Doug Emslie, MD of Tarsus, added: "We have created new team-based categories like Supplier Team of the Year and Organiser Team of the Year, to reflect how important teamwork is for businesses to succeed."
The deadline for entries is 11pm, Monday 12 April 2010.
