Adidas has enlisted South African flanker Siya Kolisi for a spot hailing the return of team sports following the coronavirus pandemic.

Featuring clips of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba and American professional basketball player Candace Parker, the ad discusses the dedication and passion needed to become a professional athlete.

"Impossible challenges must be faced and overcome," Kolisi declares, encouraging prospective athletes to seize opportunities in the face of uncertainty.

The work was created by Eve Anthony and directed by Gabi Mostert through Pops Production.

In April, Adidas launched its "Ready for sport" campaign looking forward to the sporting world's eventual return.
