The show, starring Dappy, Tulisa and Fazer from the urban act, has been filmed using HD POV mini-cameras, which were fixed at the band members' eye- level, and aims to offer an intimate and revealing look at the world through the eyes of the band.
A spokesman for the production company Whizz Kid Entertainment, said Adidas Originals' involvement was not booked through Adidas' media agency Carat, but arose from the band's existing relationship with Adidas.
Cath Lovesey, editor of T4 and Music at Channel 4, said: "This series is bringing our viewers unique and unprecedented access to one of the hottest and one of the most-loved UK bands at the moment. We're delighted the band have come to Channel 4 and we know the series will be a riotous, unpredictable and entertaining journey."
'Being... N-Dubz presented by Adidas Originals' will follow the band as it records new material, visits friends and family or make public appearances.
The idea for the 'Being...' format was originally piloted last year on T4 and featured pop star Alesha Dixon and the band The Saturdays.
