TBWA\London will work on a £3m brand-building brief for Reveal while Karmarama is to create a £1.5m television campaign for Real People.
The two won the account after pitching against St Luke's and Albion for the work, which was previously held by Clemmow Hornby Inge. The pitch was overseen by marketing director Zoe Harris.
Karmarama is set to create a TV campaign for real-life stories and puzzles title Real People, which launched in January with a £6m marketing push. It will receive its debut ABC figure next week when the January to December magazine ABC figures are reported. The title had a target of 350,000 at launch.
TBWA\London will devise a strategic and creative campaign aimed at women aged between 18 and 27, to further build the Reveal brand and generate sales. The celebirty and gossip weekly magazine, which was launched 21 months ago, has a circulation of 340,000.
The appointments follow that of Omnicom Group-owned media agency Rocket, which won the media planning and buying account for ACP-Natmag in June after a pitch against MindShare, ZenithOptimedia and incumbent Initiative.
ACP-Natmag Magazines is a partnership between the National Magazine Company, which publishes Men's Health and Cosmopolitan, and Australian Consolidated Press.
It currently publishes three weekly magazines – Reveal, Best and Real People – which already have a combined weekly circulation of over 1m.
Drew Kirkland joined as publishing director at ACP-Natmag in December last year.
