
More than 120 guests from organisations such as the British Association of Dermatology were elevated 122m above ground for the event, which saw them mingle in a space usually reserved for BT employees only.
The showcase highlighted the adaptability of the ACC and Liverpool city centre for events and launched the Liverpool Food Revolution - a competition in which local suppliers compete for a place on Heathcotes' suppliers list.
ACC Liverpool's partners - Virgin Trains, Liverpool Convention Bureau and Heathcotes - were also on hand to offer attendees advice on how to maximise their events in the North West.
