The band, who are used to headlining arena tours, will return from their worldwide tour to perform tracks from their current album Velociraptor as well as a few classics to just 200 people.

Absolute Radio Breakfast Show DJ Christian O’Connell announced the event on his breakfast show this morning. Fans will be able to win tickets by tuning into the station.

The gig will take place on Monday 30 April and will be broadcast the following day. Film footage will also be uploaded on the Absolute’s website.

The secret event is the latest in a line of one-off gigs the station has staged. Last year it held the first ever rock gig in The Houses of Parliament with Biffy Clyro and an exclusive Elbow gig in the crypt at St Paul’s Cathedral.
