The company has expanded its team following news that turnover is up to £2.1m from £1.7m in 2011/12.
This, and the agency's two new account wins with Kenexa IBM and Kyocera last month, has resulted in In 2 Events taking on three new starters.
Oliver Hopkins, who spent five years working in IT and technology for IBM, is taking on the newly created role of business development manager.
Gavin Farley, director of In 2 Events, said: "This is an exciting time for us - we identified positions within the business that were needed in order to continue our growth plans and have wasted no time in appointing.
"Oliver brings with him a wealth of knowledge in an industry we are already targeting, as well as being tasked with maximising existing clients and new business growth."
Also joining the team are Claire Moore, who previously worked for Tesco and takes on the role of executive assistant, and Lauren Jenkins, who joins the marketing team as a recent graduate.
