Mat Dobson joins the team as head of production from AKQA where he was a senior project manager for nearly two years. Before that, Dobson worked a spell at Poke.

Victoria Ellis has been hired as a business leader and joins from BD Network, where she has been since 2011, rising to group account director.

Cecelia Hund has been hired as a strategist from Wieden & Kennedy London, where she had been working as an account manager over the past year.

All three are new roles at the agency. The hires follow two high-profile wins for 101. Towards the end of 2014, the agency won a competitive pitch for Vauxhall and, in January 2015, launched the new model Corsa with a campaign called 'The A-Z of Corsa'.

Around the same time, 101 also won the account to launch Netto, the Scandinavian discount supermarket chain, which is re-launching in the UK after receiving backing from Sainsbury’s.

Netto released a print campaign in December.
