Zombie Boy surprised commuters this morning (5 October) as he visited multiple locations in London including Canary Wharf, Oxford Street and Soho.
The stunt was devised by Thorpe Park resort and agency Taylor Herring, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the theme park's Fright Nights and to launch Platform 15 – a new live action maze set in the Park’s woodlands for the Halloween season.
Inspired by Zombie Boy’s image, the new scare maze features more than 30 live zombie actors modelled on his terrifying look and contains explosions, séances, Ouija boards and thick fog. Guests will be hunted and chased through the Park’s dense forest, pushing their deepest fears to the limit.
James Walker, marketing director at Thorpe Park Resort, said: "This year we have added star power to our Fright Nights line up with the addition of the world’s scariest looking man - Zombie Boy. He is the poster boy for Halloween and he will be working with us to ensure we deliver some serious scares. We are celebrating 15 years of frightening the British public with the most horrifying live action mazes and attractions and 2016 is set to be the most terrifying to date with the addition of Platform 15."
, held in partnership with Universal Music, Global Entertainment, Capital FM and Showcase Live.
