Throughout June, the roll call of brands seeking to display their support of Pride month got longer and longer.

Pride fever reached a crescendo at the end of last week when the US Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage was legal in all 50 states - just in time for the Pride celebrations at the weekend. YouTube celebrated the news with a film featuring clips of stars coming out on the site followed by news footage discussing gay marriage, ending with clips of couples getting married. It was accompanied by Until The Shadows by The Echelon Effect, with the endline: "We're proud to support those who inspire change and move us forward."
