The World: Paris - Universal Music hires KR Media without pitch

KR Media, the French media agency founded by the former Aegis chiefs Bruno Kemoun (pictured, top) and Eryck Rebbouh (bottom), has picked up the Universal Music media planning and buying account from Carat without a pitch.

Separately, the agency has appointed Marion Bonpun as a senior consultant.

She joins from Media Planning Group, where she headed the France Telecom account in Europe.

Christine Penel, previously an executive with MAAF Assurances, has been made KR Media's director of strategic planning.
