The World: Hong Kong - Time consolidates Australia/New Zealand bases

Time magazine is moving its Australia and New Zealand operations from its Sydney and Auckland bases into its regional Hong Kong headquarters.

The move, which Time hopes will help offer companies a greater opportunity to advertise on a global scale, will lead to a new sales structure being developed, which will be announced over the next few months.

Time has confirmed it will continue to maintain its separate advertising editions in Australia and New Zealand, with the editions in the region having seen readership increase by 16 per cent year on year during 2009.
