The World: Hong Kong - DDB loses VW to McCann Erickson Guangming

Volkswagen has appointed McCann Erickson Guangming Hong Kong as its creative agency, following a pitch that also involved Grey, Bravo Asia and WE Marketing.

McCann replaces DDB, the incumbent, and will be responsible for branding, strategy and creativity for the German car company as it looks to strengthen its presence in the local market.

McCann's appointment will not affect Volkswagen's relationship with its media agency, MediaCom.
