Publicis Worldwide has merged its Helsinki operation with Skandaali, an integrated ad agency formerly part of the Leo Burnett Group.
The new venture, Skandaali Publicis, is now one of the biggest agencies in Finland, with a client list that includes Coca-Cola, Nestle, L'Oreal and Kesko.
Kenneth Lindfors, the former managing director of Publicis Helsinki, will take the role of chief executive at the agency, while Sari Mikkola-Mannila, the creative founder of Skandaali, will become the executive creative director.
