The World: Chicago - Coca-Cola switches ad account to W&K Portland

Coca-Cola is moving its Diet Coke business from DraftFCB in Chicago to Wieden & Kennedy in Portland.

However, the Interpublic agency will remain on the advertiser's roster and it is currently working on a print campaign that will break early next year.

A spokesman for DraftFCB said: "Our commitment to Coca-Cola remains strong, and we will be discussing new opportunities with the client in the coming weeks."

A Coca-Cola spokesman added: "DraftFCB has done some good work, but we're taking the brand in another direction; we've been pleased with the work Wieden & Kennedy has done with the 'Coke side of life'."
