The channel will broadcast a combination of reality TV shows, entertainment programmes and exclusive sporting events, including Dutch Premier League highlights, which Talpa secured in a E 30 million-a-year deal.
As well as TV programming, Talpa will also broadcast a combination of radio and interactive content using cable and high-speed internet connection.
Advertisers approached by de Mol are thought to be extremely interested in the venture but are remaining cautious until a full programme schedule is released.
