Pablo has been hired by Tim Hortons to help the restaurant break into the UK under the direction of a former Marks & Spencer food marketer.

Unicef has appointed FCB Inferno to create a global campaign on refugee and migrant children after a competitive pitch.

Dulux owner AkzoNobel Decorative Paints has appointed MullenLowe Group as its new international creative agency following a competitive pitch. The Interpublic integrated agency will run a global hub for the business out of the London office, with regional support from MullenLowe Brazil for the brand’s key Latin America market. Bartle Bogle Hegarty will continue to handle the UK account for Dulux.

Cereal Partners, which makes Nestlé's breakfast cereals, has appointed Mother as its global advertising agency for Lion cereal and Cheerios. McCann London previously worked on Cheerios but only handled activation, according to the agency. Mother will work on all marketing activity for Lion and Cheerios outside North America.

Online betting brand Bwin has hired BBH Sport as its creative agency partner after a competitive pitch run by Oystercatchers. The agency has been asked to develop a brand platform that will launch this year across key markets in Europe. Bwin has sponsored a number of major football teams including Real Madrid, FC Bayern Munich and AC Milan.

German ecommerce company Zalando has consolidated its European media business into OMD. The UK business was previously held by MediaCom and the account will be run from Germany.

Bang & Olufsen – the luxury Danish consumer electronics company – has hired Cubo to help develop its marketing strategy in the UK. There is no incumbent.

London Southend Airport has awarded its media planning and buying account to the7stars after a competitive pitch. The agency will develop an omnichannel campaign across out-of-home, radio, online and VOD/TV services. There is no incumbent.

The Welsh government has appointed Zone as its first digital agency to work on the online platform for NHS Wales.

Chicco, the leading baby and toddler care brand, has appointed Maxus Scotland as its lead UK media agency. The brand previously worked with Zenith.

The Caravan and Motorhome Club has appointed OMD UK as its first integrated marketing agency.

Creative Race has been appointed by Evans Cycles to handle all marketing and advertising activity. The account was previously held by Antidote.

Renault Retail has appointed specialist search marketing agency iThinkMedia to manage its search engine optimisation and paid search activity. AutoTrader previously held the business.
