Rock Lobsta is the brainchild of David Wolanski, managing director of The Recipe. It popped up in Shoreditch last year and is now working with Soho restaurant Pitt Cue Co for a jubilee party.
The team’s chefs are putting on a "punk-styled clam bake" on a rooftop in London fields, Hackney, from 31 May – 2 June.
Alongside DJs and a bar, God Save The Clam will serve a three-course meal to 50 guests on one long dining table. The highlight is the Clam Bake - served in seaside buckets.
To start
Pitt Cue links, burnt lettuce, smoked anchovy salad cream and dry rub fried toast
The Clam Bake
Clams, cockles, mussels, devilled crayfish and crab claws, sea beets & samphire, served with sides of Cornish early potatoes in smoked Dripping, House Sausage, BBQ leeks, BBQ Corn and grilled sour dough
Dessert
Glyn’s Screwball Sunday Bar will serve Fat Elvis or Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes
