Last year's didn't make comfortable reading for the event industry, but an improvement in the number of events; an increase in budgets; companies lifting recruitment freezes; and a general sense of optimism, should hopefully lead to some optimisn in this years survey and increased salary levels across the entire event industry.

In terms of changes, you will notice that this year's has been improved and expanded to include every role within the event industry.
