Wimbledon looks to the past to celebrate this year's tournament.

Celebrating Wimbledon’s illustrious history, McCann London created three posters for the 2019 Championship under the nostalgic title "Some stories live forever". Starring tennis legends Althea Gibson, Arthur Ashe and Martina Navratilova, the posters pay tribute to landmark moments in history, including the launch of Sputnik and the tumbling of the Berlin Wall. The work was created by Matt Searle and Olly Wood from McCann London, and were on display at Wimbledon station on the last day of the tournament.
