Williams to take new role as Red Cell restructures

WPP-owned Perspectives Red Cell has undergone a restructuring of its senior management. The moves follow the appointment of incumbent chief executive officer, John Williams, to a new and as yet undefined global role across the Red Cell group.

Williams will stay on as chairman of Perspectives Red Cell, while David Moody, former director of direct marketing, and Stuart Burnett, former joint creative director, have been appointed as joint CEOs. The two took charge at Red Cell's global leaders conference in March.

Jim Archer becomes sole creative director as a result of the move, while Mark Beasley retains his role as planning director.
