
The Avo-Brunch Pop-Up will launch on 10 April, and brunch events will also take place on 8, 28 and 29 May.
Guests can expect a five-course menu, with dishes to include the likes of gazpacho, avocado pearl barley risotto with crab and pea shoots, grilled harissa spice chicken with avocado salsa and avocado macarons, alongside avocado margaritas.
A DJ will be on hand to provide entertainment, and each attendee will receive a grow-your-own avocado kit as a parting gift.
Whirlpool will provide all of the kitchen equipment inside the pop-up, which will run from 12.30pm till 7pm across ach of the four days. Tickets are £55 per head, and include three courses and a cocktail.
The pop-up is the latest instalment in the applicance brand's live culinary series, #WhirlpoolFoodies, which aims to showcase speciality cooking – and talent – at different locations across the capital.
Meredith O’Shaughnessy, CEO, Meredith Collective, said: "The avocado is the coolest fruit in town right now for foodie lovers, so it seemed like a very obvious idea for me to create a pop-up which rejoices the deep affection so many people have for them – I’m super excited to welcome our first guests and for them to sample the amazing food on offer."
O’Shaughnessy's firm also collaborated with the brand last year for , which served Londoners drinks mixed inside custom made Whirlpool washing machines.
