Seed Staff sets university students up in paid and unpaid positions, from stewarding and bar staff to specific roles in stage management, artist liaison and production office work.
As a result, students move a step closer to their dream event job while organisers save cash. Seed Staff is an offshoot of student-only festival Beach Break Live, where £79,000 was saved by using student volunteers and interns.
Seed's staff are always led by managers with industry experience and receive support to continue their careers once they graduate from university.
