The check-in system displayed on the screens is at the front end of a larger online event booking system that is designed to manage all event list requirements.
As part of the service, an online account is provided which allows the user to import a pre built CSV file, assign team members to manage individual lists and filter results in which they wish to view them.
The list also remains live right throughout the event, so that you can add late arrivals and directly monitor entry numbers.
The system runs on all major tablets eliminating the need for laptops or clipboards, which allows event staff an effective means of communicating in real time.
On the day or evening of the event itself the check in screen comes into play. As the screen is directly connected to the guest list in real time, it updates with any last minute additions, which are added via the front of house tablets.
The list of attendee’s is displayed in alphabetical order, or by redefined categories, so that guests can scroll through to find their name or they can use the search box to search by name or initials to find themselves quickly.
Virtual photos are also taken of the guests as they arrive and this then updates the guest list.
