Rather than breaking into the Tower of London you could hire Keeley Hire’s Jubilee Street Party prop package, which comes as close to her majesty’s glittering headgear as you can (legally) get.

The crowns in the two prop sets were used as practice crowns for the Queen’s coronation back in 1953, and featured in a recent photoshoot when comedian Alan Carr dressed up as the Queen for the Guardian Weekend magazine.

The set of very British props also includes two working lampposts, a post box, a table with food and drink props and decorations and a gold podium for the crown.
