Inspired by trips to the USA, the corn is popped in air rather than the traditional procedure of popping in oil and sugar. Different flavours are infused at different parts of the cooking process, meaning that they are released one by one as you chew.
Joe & Steph have just launched four brand new flavours: Mince Pie and Toffee, Apple & Cinnamon for Christmas as well as Caramel and White Chocolate and Auvergne Crémeux blue cheese with Walnut & Celery.

For events, Joe & Seph provide glass jars of varying sizes and enough popcorn to fill them to the brim.
