The sculpture was carved for a Christmas party in St Paul’s crypt hosted by the venue’s caterers Harbour & Jones.
Lead sculptor Steven Petch is well practised in famous London landmarks, having recently carved ice versions of the Tower of London and Big Ben for clients. He also specialises in large ice bars and can even create whole ice rooms.
