The site has ramped up its media budget ahead of the relaxation of gambling ad restrictions in the UK, set to be introduced next month. CyberBingo will roll out its first TV campaign when the new guidelines, outlined in the Gambling Act 2005, are implemented.
The new legislation allows gambling firms to advertise on TV for the first time in the UK. CyberBingo also has an ad blitz planned on major portals MSN and Yahoo!, followed by a consumer press campaign in the autumn.
WFCA will handle CyberBingo's media strategy across all platforms, following a trial campaign.
The agency will also be in charge of brokering white label deals with third parties.
CyberBingo is a Spanish-based website that claims to service one million registered customers. It claims to be the web's largest virtual bingo hall.
WFCA, a 75-strong full-service agency based in Kent, adds CyberBingo to a range of clients including Western Union, Budgens and Pilgrim's Choice. It was set up in 1996 with two clients.
