Morrisons - Well, you can get all the recipes on printed cards in-store, but I can tell you the quantities now if you like?
Mtkg - Yes that'd be great.
Morrisons - [Pauses.] Actually, I could print off a copy and post it to you. You'd get it by tomorrow morning.
Mtkg - That'll be fine. I've had a ready meal now instead, anyway.
Morrisons - Right, so if you give me your address, I'll get it sent off.
Mtkg - It's [gives address]. So is it cheaper cooking from scratch? I'm usually really busy so I just have ready meals.
Morrisons - Yes, if you're cooking for a few people then buying all the ingredients can save you money.
Mtkg - Great. Is there anywhere else where I can get recipe ideas?
Morrisons - Yes, all the recipes, with the quantities, are available from your nearest store.
Mtkg - That's great. Thanks for your help.
Morrisons - No problem. Goodbye.

The call-handler got off to a worrying start when she didn't seem to know much about the rhyming recipes, but recovered by promptly calling back once she had investigated. After taking my address, she offered to send me recipes in the post, which was helpful. She was a touch abrupt initially, but went on to be friendly and courteous.
